Small
groups
Where life change really begins to happen. (Acts 5:42)
Finding your small group
Healthy relationships are a vital part of every person's life. In fact, developing
healthy relationships is the most important endeaver we can make to grow in
spiritual formation. That is why we put such a major emphasis on developing
little communities around here at StoneBridge; small groups of people that meet
together on a regular basis with the purpose of growing closer to God and closer
to each other.
These are not just social groups, although they can be a lot of fun. They are
not just Bible study groups, though we use the Bible as the blueprint for our
lives. These small groups are balanced in purpose, seeking to help each person
understand and live out the 5 purposes of StoneBridge in their personal lives.
Groups are formed in a variety of ways. Some are multi-generational, some focus
on specific age groups; some are made up of all singles or couples while others
have both; and some are focused on specific issues like parenting, grand-parenting,
support, or recovery.
We invite you to join a small group in your neighborhood and begin the great
adventure of community. To join a small group or to learn more, email
Jake or call him at 571-2038.
