Registration & Payment
Enrollment
Enrollment in our preschool is open to children ages 2, 3, 4, & 5 years old. Nebraska state law requires that children be potty-trained before entering a licensed preschool (with the exception of 2 year olds).
Select a classroom based on the child’s age prior to October 15th.
Waiting List The following classes are full for the 2010-2011 school year:

Tuition
Tuition rates for the 2010-2011 school year are:

A $5.00 tuition discount is available for each additional enrolled child from the same immediate family. The discount applies only to the monthly fee and not to the registration fee.
A 5% discount is offered to parents interested in paying for the entire nine months of tuition in advance. Full-year payments are due no later than September 20th.
Please note that no deductions or adjustments are made in tuition for absences including illness, vacation, partial month attendance, or for any other reason.
Registration
Registration for the 2010-2011 school year is available beginning April 4, 2010.
Online registration immediately confirms a place in the preschool class conditional upon the submission of the Emergency and Medical Information Form and an Immunization Record no later than the first day of class, Sept. 13, 2010. If a “Select” arrow does not appear next to your child’s name in the online registration form, it means the class is full or your child is not in the indicated age range for the class. To be placed on a waiting list for a full class, please email your request to the director.

Option 1: Steps for Online Registration
1. Click here to begin registration.
2. Input data for both parents/guardians and the child.
3. Select the desired class for the child.
4. Make $30 non-refundable registration payment online.
5. Download, complete, and return the StoneBridge Preschool Emergency and Medical Information Form by mail or fax.
6. Request your medical provider to fax your child’s Immunization Record to the StoneBridge office (Fax number is on the medical form.).
7. You will receive a confirmation email from the director to confirm that your child is registered for the class.
Option 2: Steps for Paper Registration
Paper registrations are available and will be added to class enrollment as they are received and processed in the preschool office.
1. Download a paper registration form here.
2. Complete the form.
3. Download, complete, and return the StoneBridge Preschool Emergency and Medical Information Form with this registration.
4. Enclose a $30.00 non-refundable registration fee.
5. Request your medical provider to fax your child’s Immunization Record to the StoneBridge office (Fax number is on the medical form.).
6. You will receive a confirmation email from the director to confirm that your child is registered for the class.
