Children

PSALM 1:3
They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season.
Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.

About StoneBridge Hollow

God loves children. So do we! At StoneBridge, we believe that children are a gift from God. Our Children's Ministry partners with families to grow children into a life-long relationship with Jesus in a safe, caring environment. All children's programming is on the lower level of the building. Children, birth through 5th grade check-in through a secure check-in system before entering a classroom. This is to ensure a safe environment for each child.

Children’s Ministries Check-in
All children, birth through 5th grade must check-in to take part in any children's programs. This ensures a safe environment for each child.

Six steps to check-in and pick-up your child.

  • 1. Download and complete a family registration form to make your Check-in easier.
  • 2. Check-in your children at any of the three Check-in Stations.
    • - Self check-in is available to families with StoneBridge issued bar codes. Request a bar code at the check in station or by e-mail (see below).
  • 3. One name tag will print for each child. Please place this name tag on your child. When you check in multiple children at the same time, you will receive one receipt. All of your children will receive the same family check-in number.
  • 4. You will be given a printed receipt for child pick-up that contains a randomized alphanumeric code (this will match the code on your children’s name tag). This receipt has two identical halves that can be kept by two different people. For security sake, your children’s names are not printed on the receipt.
  • 5. Drop off your children at their classrooms. We will call for a parent by placing on the screens in the Worship Center and the Commons the first 3 letters of the child’s name along with the alphanumeric code from the check in receipt.
  • 6. When picking up your children, go directly to each child’s classroom. Your child’s teacher (or greeter) will match the code on your child’s name tag with the one on your receipt. Once the match is verified, your child will be released to you. (You must have a receipt to pick up your child.)
